The Syes Compact SLIM5 line offers air-cooled transmitters with one or more amplifier modules. The product range extends from low to high power levels, with excellent signal quality and small size. The SLIM models are also available as off air signal repeaters, with a wide selection of operating settings, or as retransmitters, with satellite or Ethernet input. The SLIM line is one of Syes’ best sellers, some of the SLIM models are currently in operation since the 1990’s′. The SLIM line represents the state of the art in low power RF transmitter technology. SLIM always features the PCM line driver, the only inverter driver thanks to its ability to modulate on all Digital, TV and Radio standards as well as analogue TV.

The transmitter configurations are based on single or multiple identical amplifier units (PA), type SLIM. The arrangement of the equipment depends on the desired output power level and operational requirements. The PAs are powered directly by the driver. The choice of redundancy configurations may include dual drive (std-by driver), passive standby (1+1 or n+1) and others. The equipment parts are suitable for assembly in a standard 19″ cabinet, which usually also contains the RF output filter. Single-PA – single-drive models are normally supplied as single 19″ modules.
