RDS ENCODER DEVA SMARTGEN 3.1

SMARTGEN 3.1 can transmit all the basic RDS information plus, at your choice: decoder information, music/voice indicators, PS scrolling and text radio options, a fully digital synthesis of the RDS signal and two types of operating modes: continuous loop & sidechain.

USB connectivity makes programming the non-volatile memory very simple: a dedicated and intuitive Windows® interface has been included on the CD-ROM, which comes with the SMARTGEN 3.1 encoder. After completing the programming procedure, the unit can be disconnected and reinstalled at the transmitter site. Using the SmartGen Basic RDS / RBDS Encoders Manager, all RDS programming information can be saved as a file before, after or instead of sending the information to the encoder.
