OMB COM LIM 70 AUDIO PROCESSOR

The COM LIM 70 is an all-in-one unit (5-band audio processor with MPX generator, MPX decoder, RDS encoder, loudness control (EBU R 128 and ITU-R BS.1770-4) and switch/mute detector) for FM (15KHz processing) and DAB, HD radio, Sirius XM, Web (20KHz processing) applications.
The COM LIM 70 sounds great, allowing you to give your station personality by choosing, from the many presets, the one that best suits your radio’s style.

First-class audio processing tools are fully customisable with 5-band compression control, adjustable drive and threshold, dual AGC, 3-band EQ (low, mid and high frequencies), stereo boost, voice detector and brightness control.

The “dynamic” RDS features allow to manage many types of services: PS, RT, RT+, PTY, PTYN. By connecting the COM LIM 70 with radio automation software, you can manage a lot of additional information such as song title, artist, on-air program, name of the announcer, etc.

The MPX encoder and the dynamic RDS encoder are integrated in the DSP structure providing a near ideal MPX signal, easy to integrate with the customer’s infrastructure thanks to the digital AES-192 and the two fully independent analogue outputs.

The COM LIM 70 includes a technologically advanced automatic audio mute/switching detector capable of switching between any available source: analogue, digital, MPX, FM, IP, AoIP, etc. in case of missing audio from any external source. The processor can play the playlist stored in the micro SD. It has 20KHz IP output (mp3, OPUS, PCM, VORBIS) for WEB STREAMING ICECAST and SHOUTCAST.
