The SMARTGEN MICRO demonstrates an excellent price-performance ratio. This unit can transmit all basic RDS plus decoder information and music/voice flags. A small but very useful device, it will also guarantee you PS and radio text scrolling options, fully digital synthesis of the RDS signal and two types of operating modes: loop and sidechain.

To help get RDS on the air quickly and effortlessly, a very simple and intuitive Windows® interface has been included on the CD-ROM that comes with the SMARTGEN MICRO encoder (and is also available on our website). Anyone can use it to set up static IDs and flags, to program default entries in the dynamic message fields, and to configure other operational parameters that affect how data is displayed on the radio.
