DEVA DB9000-TX ENCODER

The DB9000-TX is a multi-protocol audio over IP encoder that works with analog or digital audio. The compression of the signal is carried out in real time, using the HE-AAC or MPEG-1 Layer 3 encoder and is transmitted through a TCP / IP-based network to one or more decoders. To ensure quality-free audio transmission, DB9000-TX also supports uncompressed PCM transmission.

The DB9000-TX can simultaneously act as an Icecast compliant server, an Icecast source client, or a Real Time Protocol (RTP) sender. Via the RS-232 port, the DB9000-TX could be transformed from Ethernet to a serial redirector, allowing control of any other existing equipment over the Internet. The DB9000-TX enables rapid integration of existing audio systems to the Internet. Additionally, the unit can be managed through a standard web browser and UPnP for easy connection through local area networks. Android and iOS devices are also supported.
