NOVIA 236 is designed expressly for monaural medium wave AM transmission. It combines the functions of slow ‘gain’ AGC, ‘syllabic’ consistency levelling, 4 stages of parametric equalisation, 3 bands of dynamic range compression with variable crossovers, ‘brick wall’ bandwidth restriction and a splash-free final peak driver. which supports asymmetrical carrier modulation.

Configuration and operation are simplified with 10 factory and 10 user-defined processing presets.

NOVIA’s parametric equaliser offers continuous control over the frequency content of the audio signal with 3 bands of dynamic compression and selectable crossovers.

The NOVIA 236 accepts both program and transmit line inputs and allows remote IP audio monitoring.
