APT’s IP ENCODER Silver and IP DECODER Silver combine to enable affordable and professional delivery of audio content over IP networks. Low cost, yet feature-rich, these units are perfect for standard broadcast applications such as STL.

Despite being one of the lowest cost solutions on the market, they feature the renowned Enhanced APT-X encoding and linear audio as standard. APT IP Silver devices also support SureStream for increased reliability.

Robust and reliable encoding/decoding of audio over IP networks. Standard algorithms include Enhanced apt-X professional, linear audio and MPEG 2/4 HE-AAC v1/2 encoding.

AUX data transmission, bi-directional at encoder and decoder, automatic detection of received audio format (decoder).
